Bed was amazing! Not too hard not too soft, just right! Staff were very friendly and helpful, pleasant and efficient. Good value if you are just looking for a in between night stay or a couple nights in between day trips.

Staff was amazing, however the walls for the rooms are thin so you’ll hear the neighbors. Close to the airport is nice but also noise from the planes so keep that in mind. Rooms themselves were clean, bed was comfy. Enjoyed my stay and will come again.

I don't remember the name of the gentleman on duty when I checked in, but I would love to recognize him. When I arrived there was no room on the first floor, as I had requested upon booking. He made sure that he located the room closest to the elevator on the second floor for me and comped my off-airport parking for the inconvenience. He offered helpful suggestions in locating a place to eat and set up a shuttle for my extremely early flight the next morning. He was amazing. The hotel is beginning to show it's age, but the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, the water is hot, and the location is perfect for flying in and out of the CVG airport! It's not a 5 star hotel, but you should know that from the price. But it IS a perfect place to lay your head when you are looking for convenience and simplicity. This is my second stay, and my first choice when I'm flying from Cincinnati.

I had a wonderful experience at this place the staff was excellent the breakfast was amazing they had waffles yogurt muffins oatmeal cereal fresh coffee the beds were made pristine the rooms smelled nice the housekeepers were very accommodating and I believe the manager whose name is Tina Rodriguez was very helpful with me when I was low on funds and couldn't pay for my room she held on to some money for me and when I came up with the rest was able to keep my room very kind to me as well I'm very grateful for Tina and her team

I just wanna say that by far this is one of the best motels that I’ve ever stayed at. It’s quiet it’s comfy. It’s clean it’s cozy and for the price you can’t beat it and the staff is very friendly. They have great breakfast my kids just love it and Tina the hotel manager is awesome and she was very kind and understanding and able to help me and my situation and I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone. I give it five stars. It’s a great location. The price is good and the staff is just wonderful and Tina is very helpful so thank you Tina. I appreciate everything you’ve done.
